We want you to absolutely love everything you purchase from Simply Sunflowers! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the return process simple and stress-free.

Online purchases may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to your original form of payment. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds on items returned after the 14-day window. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

To begin your return, please email simplysunflowers@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. Once your request is received, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions to make the process as easy as possible.

After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed promptly and issued back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.
